Shipping Policy

The Skin Store ships ProSkin MD and our other skincare products from our office at Cutting Edge Dermatology, 143 Woodland Drive SW, Wise, VA 24293.

Shipping rates

• Orders of $75 or more: free standard shipping (estimated 3 to 5 business days after your order ships).
• Orders under $75: $8.99 flat-rate shipping (estimated 3 to 4 business days after your order ships).

We currently ship to addresses within the United States.

Processing

Orders are packed and shipped from our office during business hours, Monday through Thursday. Orders placed on Fridays, weekends, or holidays are processed on our next business day. You'll receive an email with tracking information once your order ships.

Sales tax

Virginia sales tax is added at checkout for orders shipped to a Virginia address, as required by the Commonwealth of Virginia.

Damaged or incorrect orders

If your order arrives damaged, leaking, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we'll make it right. See our Refund Policy for details.
