Monthly membership.
Every 3rd month, get the following:
- 1 area of tox (e.g., crow's feet, glabella, forehead, or mouth)
- 1 Hydrafacial
- 1 full-sized ProSkin MD product
Platinum Medallion
Monthly membership.
Every 3rd month, get the following:
- 1 area of tox
- 1 Hydrafacial
- 1 full-sized ProSkin MD product
AND every 6th month, get the following:
- 1 syringe of filler, or
- 1 vial of Kybella

- Monthly membership
- Earn ONE credit per month paid
- Receive 2 credits on the day you sign up
Redeem credits on what you want:
- Microderm: 1 credit
- Retail ProSkin MD (PSMD) products, up to the set credit value: 1 credit (limited to twice a year; ask us for current details)
- Dermaplane: 2 credits
- Hydrafacial: 2 credits
- Superficial chemical peel: 2 credits
- Laser hair removal, lip and chin: 3 credits
- Medium chemical peel: 6 credits
Credits must be used within 30 days if/when the monthly membership is not paid or is canceled.
