Dr. Starnes established Cutting Edge in 2011. 

She completed her Dermatology residency at Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland, OH and recieved her Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine from Virginia College of Osteopathic Medicine.

Dr. Starnes recently completed her vertification in Integrative Dermatology.  She is bringing the best, most current information about your skin to rural SW Virginia.
